RYAN HANNEMAN

Principal Architect, NCARB

ABOUT

Ryan is a Colorado native who was educated at the University of Colorado.  Following completion of his undergraduate degree in Boulder Ryan worked for Fieldstone Development, a Design/Build firm in Vail specializing in resort development.  While earning Master’s Degrees in Architecure and Urban Design at the University of Colorado, Denver Ryan also receiving a Graduate Certificate in Historic Presentation.  Throughout Graduate School, Ryan worked for 3 years at Hindlemann Architecture and Design focusing on residential additions, remodels and historic preservation work. 

In early 2003 Ryan joined Railton McEvoy Architects in Boulder.  In over 13 years at this firm Ryan had the opportunity to focus on a wide range of project and construction types including mixed use, educational, recreational, hospitality, commercial, corporate tenant design, multi-family residential and single family residential projects. 

 In 2016 Ryan joined forces with Daniel Rotner to create RHAP Architecture and Planning which has allowed Ryan to build on his diverse project experience.  Ryan lives in Louisville Colorado with his wife Kerry and son Ty.
